Alticarta sells digital files: 3D models and the files that come with them. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, so refunds are issued through them.
Because a digital file can't be returned once it has been downloaded, purchases are final once the file has been downloaded.
If you paid and did not receive your file, write to us and we will make sure you get it or refund you. Our records show whether a file was downloaded.
Any other refund on a one-off model is at our discretion, case by case.
If a file you bought doesn't work (it won't open, it's damaged, or it doesn't match what you ordered), tell us and we'll fix it or replace it.
You can cancel any time. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and it won't renew.
Monthly and annual plans are not refunded for the time already paid, including the unused part of a period.
